t’s always difficult when joining a new community to get up to speed on the policies, information and do’s and don’ts of the community. In the Governing Documents Section we provide information and rules we think will be beneficial to new owners, and serve as a refresher for exitings owners. Cumberland Point Condominiums is near the peak, on Renegade Mountain. We are on the Crab Orchard municipal\u00a0 water system. We are\u00a0 on a private sewer system, owned an operated by\u00a0 Cumberland Point.\u00a0 This state of the art sewer system was purchased and installed in late 2020 and provides outstanding sewer service to our Condominium Community. The sewer system is a rural system, is very expense to maintain. Owners and tenants MUST refrain from putting grease in their sinks and other plumbing. Grease will KILL our grinder pumps and cost the association thousands of dollars to replace. There is a letter on our general infomation page on this website that gives a further description and the do’s and don’ts for the system. Please read and stay familiar with the requirements.
